For 27 years Jenny and Mike Miller’s business has been underpinned by a desire to give something back to the community in the country they were born and raised in.

Fair wages, good working conditions and a commitment to creating a sustainable future for the less fortunate in a country where much of the population struggles to meet basic everyday needs is their long-held philosophy.

Staff turnover is lower than the national average and many workers have completed over 20 years service. The company inspires enormous loyalty in its staff, the entrance to which hosts a ‘hall of fame’ for employees and proudly records their many years of dedicated service.

During the production process, every piece of Miglio jewellery goes through at least 90 pairs of skilled hands. Very few other modern products are produced with such a high proportion of craftsmanship.
